He did a simply outstanding job for us in our recent home purchase, planned home sale and basement rental in our new home. We started house-hunting in May this year and found a house we liked and decided to put in an offer. We contacted Adrien around 7pm one evening to represent us and put in an offer. Adrien immediately called the sales agent and scheduled a viewing for 8am the next morning. We viewed the house again with Adrien the next morning and by 12pm that day, he had already put in an offer. That is how fast and smooth the process was with Adrien. All paperwork signed electronically! Unfortunately, that offer was not accepted, and we continued with our house hunting. A few weeks later we found an even nicer house and once again within hours of informing Adrien, he had put in offer which was accepted. Overall, I remember been so surprised at the process been so smooth and fast. I think we probably spent about 30-45 minutes total just to sign the electronic documents, which Adrien prepared and sent us. We then needed to sell our existing home and once again asked Adrien to represent us in the sale. After a couple of weeks of renovations, as we were getting ready to put the house on the market, Adrien advised against selling the house, telling us we would not get a good price. He instead advised us to rent the house for a couple of years until the housing market improved and we got a better price. This was a clear indication of Adrien putting our best interests ahead of his (as he would clearly lose out on the real estate commission by not selling the house now). We were truly impressed with this. However not selling our existing house, made the purchase difficult as our down-payment got drastically reduced. Adrien then put us in touch with iConnect Mortgages, who were able to work out a mortgage solution that allowed us to keep/rent our existing house and purchase our new house. Finally, when we moved into our new house and decided to rent out basement, we once again reached out to Adrien to find us a new tenant. Adrien managed to find an excellent tenants within 3 to 4 days. Once again, the process was just unbelievably smooth and fast. In addition to all of the above, Adrien used his excellent collection of contacts to get us a fantastic company that did an extremely detailed home inspection for us, as well as an excellent real estate lawyer who handled both our new home purchase as well as the refinancing of our existing home. The whole process from initial offer on our new home to finally renting out our basement took just over 4 months and throughout this whole process, Adrien was contact with us almost daily (often several times a day) to ensure everything was moving smoothly and on time. I have never met someone who works so hard to ensure the success of their client. If you are ever thinking of buying / selling / renting a house, I extraordinarily highly recommend Adrien to take of this. I can guarantee you that you will not regret this decision.
